im trying to access prtg 9 on my laptop. but i've face this error message after im install vq manager. before this, no problem with my prtg. after that, i have remove all things about vq manager, and install PRTG again, but still face this problem. im also try to change the TCP port, but it doesnt work.

Could not start start web server for http://127:0.0.1:8080 access violation at address 0059D370 in module 'PRTG Server.exe'. Read of address 0000000C.

can anyone guide me to solve this problem ?

now im using PRTG Network Monitor 9.2.0.2235 im using this version bc0z 0f it support ipv6
