If my email server goes down, how can I get notified from the internet to an alternate web based email address. Is there a hosted monitoring service that can monitor and notify me in case my PRTG and/or email server goes down?

Hi,
in PRTG you have the possibilty to add a second SMTP Server. This can, for example, be the one of your Web Mail Provider which then should not be affected by the internal mail server outage.
Best regards
