Hi,
just add your server as a device in PRTG and make sure to remove the tick from "Inherit SNMP Credentials" and put your SNMP information there.
Then use the SNMP Library Sensor and then choose either one of the Linux related oidlibs or the Passler Common OIDlib from the list which should give you a couple of counters to monitor. Additional you may also use SNMP Traffic or Uptime sensors.
