Hello,
>>What methods are available to add multiple, multi-sensor devices in an automated fashion?
This can be done with Device Templates and then an Auto-Discovery. It should also be possible to use the PRTG API to clone an existing device and just change it's IP/Hostname and then resume the new clone.

That can simply be done using the Multi-Edit.
best regards.
