I want to know if there are a way to export all data of prtg in à CSV file.

I'm afraid this can only be done for one sensor at a time using the PRTG API (Details in your own PRTG under "Setup"->"PRTG API"->"Historic Data") or using a third party tool like CSVExport.

I would have liked the group, the name of the equipment and probe type (disk, CPU,...) in the CSV, PRTG can do that ?

Sorry, no. But I forgot, for single sensors you can also use the "Historic Data"-Tab on each sensor to "produce" a CSV-File with the sensor's historic data.
