Which field do I have to use?? The partialdownsens is always zero.

Please see the article Can I create a sensor to monitor the number of paused or unknown sensors?
To retrieve the number of sensors in a certain state, you would need to
- Create your own API function via a custom HTM page (step 1)
- Query your custom HTM page via the API (as described in step 2). You do not need to create an "HTTP Content sensor", but can also use the HTTP query directly in a script, etc.
In the article, you will also find a table, containing the sensor state names you can query using the API.
