I'm using Performance counter for graphing A server which is Windows 2019. The PRTG server needs to draw Performance counter of A server which is Windows 2016. So, I added the sensors and typed Credentials for Windows systems. However, if I added the Perfcounter Custon sensors , it did not listen. What should I do ? I read your all the manual things , but it's not that helpful. I think manual needs to be in step by step. Anyway, waiting for you help!

For further investigation, please send us logs using "Setup | Contact Support" in PRTG. After receiving confirmation email with a ticket-number, reply to this email and send us screenshots from this sensor from tabs "Overview", "Settings" and "Log".
