Hi On a specific server monitored by PRTG, I am getting email notification "RDP (Remote Desktop) Error, Software caused connection abort Socket Error # 10053 Software caused connection abort. (socket error # 10053). The server is up and running. I am not sure what caused this error.

It seems that RDP is no longer available or reachable on the affected device. Are you able to connect manually via RDP?
