Hi All,

First post and I am liking PRTG so far.

However, I am having trouble saving Favorites.

When I right click on a Group or Device I see under Pause: "common.strings.PriorityFavorite"

This doesn't look the same as here: https://www.paessler.com/manuals/prtg/context_menus where it just says Priority. Link to screen shot: https://www.dropbox.com/s/gumaz9xm7cpq1zj/prtg-favorites.PNG?dl=0

When I expand the line I only see the star selections 1-5, there is no Flag to click as shown in the documentation here: https://www.paessler.com/manuals/prtg/priority_and_favorites

Any thoughts?

Thank you very much for your contact.

According to your attached screenshot it appears as you are accessing PRTG via the Enterprise Console. Please note that the EC is currently affected by a couple of bugs, this being said please either use PRTG's web interface (to which the screenshots of the manual also refer) or the application PRTG Desktop.
