How to access MSSQL server database using ADO SQL v2 Sensor

I am trying to access mssql server data base using ADO SQL v2 Sensor and in the process of creating the sensor it asks for the connection string? what exact details should i give for that. should i create a odbc connection?
If it is needed how should i create odbc connection and what should i give for the connection string?
Any help will be very valuable. Thanks.

I am using ms sql server 2014 and in that site there were no examples for my version. can you provide me a sample connnection string for ms sql server 2014? it will be a great help
