Hello there,

Then I would suggest to set Send all DOWN messages ASAP, summarize the others, this will send a notification for each sensor that enters "down" state or use a shorter summary period otherwise.

Kind regards,

I'm not sure I fully understand what you mean, maybe there is a misunderstanding how summarization works:
Send first DOWN and UP message ASAP, then summarize:
When receiving several DOWN or UP triggers, send each first notification immediately, then keep summarizing notification triggers into one message, regardless of sensor status.

Also check how those triggers are configured. If you set it simulated error for only a few seconds, but the state trigger is set to like "When sensor is down for 60 seconds", the trigger won't get activated.

In case "Send all DOWN and UP messages ASAP, summarize the others" does not do what you expect, then please contact us by email (support@paessler.com) and send us additional details, especially screenshots from the sensors you tested this with (tabs "Log" & "Notification Triggers" and from the notification templates as well)

Kind regards,

Erhard
