We have a large number of sensors. More than 16000 sensors running on Windows server 2012 64bit 8 CPUs (8x x64 Model 45 Step 7) 32GB RAM And 500GB ROM. With PRTG version 18.3.42.1748 x64
We are experiencing performance issues when access our prtg and too often unknown status. Please kindly advise.

Hello Eko,
Please note that running 16,000 sensors is far above our recommendations. In general, we recommend to keep the total amount of sensors below 10,000 per PRTG instance (when running on powerful and physical hardware).
Please refer to the following links for details:
In order to analyze your individual system, please forward us a Support Bundle including the system log files for analysis.
This can be done via the Contact Support ribbon in the lower right corner of the web interface.
Please enter the ticket's case number PAE1111677 when submitting the Bundle.
