Not sure about the once mentioned above - but the usual common messengers that work well on SmartPhones and Computers are supported, like:
They are free (MS teams now as well) and work very well - while you have them with you everywhere, on your phone, on your Workstation(s) etc... all cloud based and in sync.
In the end - everything that has an API for a BOT can be used..
