I use for a Webservice the HTTP SENSOR and we proof about a Keyword ALARM, because the Webservice has a Status Page.

The Sensor run and fiend the Keyword and after this, we get a message and the sensor is in status criticial. Everything is going very well so far, but if the sensor finde the keyword the sensor should restart the service.

At the Moment i don´t know, how to setup up this.

Unfortunately, there are not much options to do this as PRTG is rather not a management-software for automated tasks. However the solution provided by duurenv should work in your case.
