I am having no luck with adding this to PRTG. My intentions where to setup monitoring for the battery, status and load level.

I did find the below post and attempted using the custom template. Unfortunately the sensors didn't work.

Has anyone managed to add an HP R5000 with the stats I am looking for on PRTG?

Just to be sure, this template hasn't worked?

I haven't heard of this UPS (HP R5000), but your question is open and the community may provide input.

In the meantime, have you tried obtaining and importing the MIB yourself?
