Hello, I have a problem. I need to configure the basic state of the UPS battery, how can I change the color of the graph on the overview, because it is black and when I want to put limits, the appearance of the graph changes .

The screenshot confirms that you're using a lookup. Please keep in mind that when using lookups, there are no limits. You need to modify the lookup for PRTG to display different colors for the different statuses. Please refer to

However, instead of manually modifying the lookup, have you considered simply using the Device Template instead? It already comes with pre-configured lookups:
- Does PRTG provide advanced sensors for APC no-break (UPS) systems?
- Can I monitor UPS systems complying with the UPS MIB (RFC-1628) with PRTG?
