Thank you for the KB-Post. Assuming that "41.488.113.99" is intended to be the SMTP-Relay server here, then there is a typo in this IP, because the 2nd octet is too large. Please check the "Notification Delivery"-Settings in your PRTG and correct this IP. Does it work then?

Information you need to know : SMTP sending system : Direct routing using the integrated mail server (default)

Thank you for the clarification. Please change the notification delivery settings to use a fixed SMTP relay server instead of the default option. After providing the the connection details of the SMTP Relay server, including credentials, do email notifications work then?
