I wanna configure my PRTG to send alert if there is any mails in the mail server for more than 10 min.

How do i configure this option? i am using POP3 mail service...

Hello,

thank you very much for your KB-Post. You can use the POP3 Email Count Sensor. And then use a Threshold Trigger on it that notifies you, as soon as there are more than 0 mails in the Pop3 box for longer than 10 minutes.

When Mailbox Count (Emails) channel is Above 0 for at least 600 seconds perform Mail to support staff When condition clears perform Mail to support staff
