I have an IIS server that I add client sites to. If I set up auto discovery weekly, will it delete existing sensors, or will it intelligently see that certain sensors already exist and ONLY create new sensors?
I can't find anything anywhere that addresses that kind of concern, only that it creates sensors that are manually deleted in prior auto discoveries.

The PRTG auto discovery will never delete or edit existing objects of the device tree. With the default settings it will only try to add new devices and sensors that were not yet added here, so there shouldn't be duplicate sensors if you use auto discoveries to add them.
