I am having the below issue, Error sending "Email": SMTP relay server ("smtp.office365.com") connection failed (Sensor/Source/ID: 6832/2415/1)

It is working fine and after our last update the above issue happen.

Office365 is currently having issues with outlook specifically, see https://admin.microsoft.com/servicestatus - perhaps it's related to your issue?

Hi there,

It is not related to outlook issue, as we can use the same id to send and receiver email in outlook client. As we mention it si find previously, however it it not working after we update our PRTG sorftware.

And also currently we are unable to patch the PRTG to the latest patches.

We would like to you to check.

Are you running Outlook on the PRTG server itself and its connecting properly? Because the connection failed issue implies that a secure connection to the target host could not be established. I understand that nothing on the account itself has changed? Is PRTG still allowed to relay mails via this Exchange Server?

In regards to the update, what specific issue are you receiving during the auto update? Are you able to update via the installer?
