Details of User Story
Autoupdate of CORE can happen at any point during the day. As a multiregion company (all US, all EU & all AP time zones), there is a short window where this can happen where no one is on the systems. It would be good to utilise that time to perform maintenance.
In our legacy system, a core restart takes upwards of 40 minutes (theres a lot in there), so we can't do auto update there. Our new system is around 5 minutes.
Acceptance criteria
To allow the core to check for updates during an allotted time (pushing my luck) and day window. an example could be core can check for updates between the hours or 03:00 - 06:00 UTC on Monday, Wednesday, Friday
