Dear, good morning, how are you? We have a very serious problem, our installation has about 6 thousand sensors, where we have 1 local probe and 3 remote ones, any problem we have on the server where there is the local probe and coreserve example the machine turned off the graphics, come back unconfigured and broken , so far so good because the server was having a problem, but the remote probes happen the same thing, since they did not have any type of unavailability and the client complains too much, what can we do to avoid these graph errors?

Daniel,

These gaps in monitoring are the result of the the remote probe losing connectivity to the Core Server. For the image you referenced, it could also mean the device PRTG is polling was not available during the time period for which there is no data. Can you confirm this?

The devices were available when the core server stopped, for example, these graphics are broken and the client recovers too much, if there is no local poll, I understand how to keep the graphic broken, but not remote or what can be done to resolve this problem?

Daniel,

Are these on a remote probe that connected to a core server that experienced an outage?

Yes!

Daniel,

The remote probe will attempt to send the data back to the core server, but if it is too old, the core server will not take it. We do this to keep data integrity at the highest level.

Why did the core server have an outage?
