I am getting the followed error, and I've been trying different ways to solve it with no result.

Error sending Email: Status sending Email: DNS Server: x.x.x.x E-Mail: "xxxxxx@xxx.com". No MX records for the domain xxxxxx.com. DNS Server: x.x.x.x E-Mail: "xxxx@xxx.es". Can not connect to MX servers for address xxxxx@xxxx.es. DNS Server: x.x.x.x E-Mail: "xxxxxx@xxxxx.com". No MX records for the domain expogrupo.com. DNS Server: x.x.x.x E-Mail: "xxxx@xxxxx.es". DNS Server Reports Query Server Error. (Sensor/Source/ID: 6092/2/1)

Could you help me to figure out.

Thank you.

Hello there,

Thanks for your inquiry, we appreciate your contact regarding this matter!

Please note that the built-in mail server uses MX record to send mails. Please check if it exists and is connected to the configured mail relay server. Please also check the DNS settings to make sure that those are properly defined.

Please let us know if you could solve the issue with this information.

Hello there,

A MX record specifies the mail server responsible for accepting email messages on behalf of a domain name. Please make sure to define this accordingly for PRTG on your DNS server.
