Hi,
We migrated PRTG 23.2.84.1566+ from a server running Windows 2012 R2 to a Windows Server 2019 using the migration instruction. https://www.paessler.com/support/how-to/migrate-prtg-installation
Most of the sensors migrated without any issues, however we have some that are giving us problems.
Cisco Aironet 2800 ME has 8 SNMP sensors, 5 of them are in Warning state with the message "At least one channel uses a lookup that is not available or could not be loaded. (code: PE272)"
If we drill on any of the sensors in the warning state we are seeing several channels in Warning.
Example: SNMP Sensor for all access points has 3 channels. Admin Status, Downtime, Operation Status.
Looks like Admin and Operation Status channels are having issues, both are showing "configured lookup oid.airespace-wireless-mib.bsnap.bsnapadminstatus is empty or not available"
Does this mean our imported MIBs didn't move ? How do we go about getting this issue resolved?
Thanks
Hello,
Please check if you copied over the MIB and OIDlib files from your old PRTG server to the new one. If you did, you can try to reload the lookup files by going to Setup>System Administration>Administrative Tools and click on Go! under "Load Lookups and File Lists".
Kind regards,
