Hi, we just updated to the latest version PRTG Network Monitor 23.1.82.2074 x64 Now I want to use the new UI and alle features, I activated the new version, PRTG Core server performed a restart... Whe I click on "Open new UI" on the top right of the screen, the followinf error message appears... even on the Core Server itself:

Die Webseite unter https://127.0.0.1:8443/welcome.htm ist eventuell vorübergehend nicht verfügbar oder wurde dauerhaft an eine neue Webadresse verschoben. ERR_SSL_KEY_USAGE_INCOMPATIBLE

When I check the services, the PRTG application server is running. There is no firewall active on the server.

What went wrong, how can I fix it?

This could be a port-related issue.
Can you restart the core server and confirm if the issue persists? Do you have multiple applications running on the same PRTG server? Can you disable the AV and confirm if the issue persists? If so, please feel free to open a support ticket with us
