Hello David,

To create a script which will do a traceroute that would be the solution I would suggested. What is not working here? Did you make sure that the PRTG user(which will run the script) has enough permissions to execute it and save the output to the desired location?

Hi David,

First you will need to check which user is running your PRTG server. Afterwards you will need to check the user and its permissions in Windows. If it's an AD user you will check there.
