I'm currently using PRTG through an authorized provider. I'm going to purchase the software instead and wanted to bring all my data. The provider installed my instance in a VM and I'm the only user. So all the data in this instance is mine. How can I accomplish this?

Hey onwelfare,
Kindly refer to our migration guide which describes in great details how to migrate the instance from the VM to your local (hopefully physical) server.
If you follow the steps in this guide, the migration should work smooth and easy without loosing any configuration or historical data.
Kind regards,
Sven
