We are using PRTG to monitor a device or two across a few 100 sites. We also need to do reporting on these to show how long a device has been down for. We have noticed that sometimes a site may be down for a month then something like the probe is reset (or any other event that means there isn't 100% coverage for the sensor) and all of a sudden the downfor stat is reset. This means reports are saying a device has been offline for 2 days when really it has been down for a month or so.
Is there anyway disregard these anomalies?
