I am the admin of a local network of Windows computers (clients) that are set up in a domain (w/ AD), and I just recently installed PRTG to monitor them all. However, so far it seems only 2 of the 10 client devices I've added thus far are showing the full amount (14) of hardware sensors (when I do the Sensor recommendation process to detect them), whereas all the others are only showing 2: Ping and RDP sensors. Why can't the others detect all their sensors too?
What are the requirements for the sensors of Windows clients?

Hey LanguidLegend,
Thank you very much for your KB-posting.
Please check if WMI and (in case you want to use SNMP-based sensors as well) SNMP is running fine on the target-hosts.
Additionally, please check in PRTG the Windows credentials in the device settings to ensure that PRTG has sufficient rights.
Best regards,
Sven
