My sensors are working , even load on interfaces are also showing.
But on graph no data is coming.

Can you please forward a support bundle by clicking on the "Setup > Contact Support" menu? This will allow us to check if there is any issue logged. Please do also attach a screenshot of the graph to which you are referring to.
