Please check that you have entered the correct hostname under "Setup > System Administration > User Interface > DNS Name". Please check if the graph is properly loaded afterwards.

I don't follow. What you mean by "correct hostname". It's the ip addres of the server ?

Hi there,
By hostname, I mean the DNS name of the server. For example, Google.com's IP is (from our side) 216.58.205.238 and the corresponding DNS name (hostname) is google.com.
