Hi I would like to create a report that just lists Servers and uses a Channel on the Windows Update (Powershell) to show all my windows servers and the number of missing critical updates, is this possible?

Too achieve this, you have to set the "Security Updates (Critical) Missing" channel to the primary channel of all Windows Update Status Sensors. Afterwards, just create a report with the "Highest and lowest 60 minute averages" template. This report can be run for the last day.
