I'd like to know where I can find the HTML files so I can edit the maps webpage.

Dear mpaniak
PRTG maps are not stored as HTML files. The map layout is saved as part of the PRTG configuration ("PRTG Configuration.dat".) The HTML content is generated by the PRTG web server when you access the according map URL.
In C:\Program Files (x86)\PRTG Network Monitor\webroot, you find mapshow.htm and similar files which serve as the HTML template, using several placeholders which are filled by the PRTG web server. However, the map content itself is, as already mentioned, not externally written as HTML.
