Error When adding sensor from snmp library

I added MIB of my device into MIB Importer and the saved for PRTG Network Monitor in the snmplibs folder
i'm trying to add sensor from SNMP library but faced Socket Error #11004
can you help on this

Hello,
The error message "Socket Error #11004" indicates that the hostname of the device could not be resolved. Please enter the IP address of the according device and try to create the sensors anew.

But I didn't use host name I used IP already
