A few weeks ago we changed the IP address of our server by adding a network card, and then disabling the old network card. I can connect to the server using the new IP address, but snmp no longer works. I started the tester and it only lists 127.0.0.1 and the old IP address. If I try 127 against the new IP address I get "no response" from the test.

I'm not sure I'm following. Where exactly are you experiencing this issue? On a PRTG Probe/Core Server or on a monitored device?
Did you restart the system after making this change?
