Hello,

I am using PRTG to monitor leased lines and to send notifications to the provider when the lines fail. The problem is when they reply to that mail they get an error because PRTG does not receive mails. Is it somehow possible to add a standard reply to field so when they hit reply they will reply to other vaild e-mail address that can receive mails?

Thank you for your support request.

The best approach is to create a Custom HTML Email Header and use a logo file to hide HTML code e.g.

<a href="mailto:emailaddress@domain.com?subject=Email-Subject"> Send Email</a>

that refers to a custom Email address.
