Hi Support, PRTG Network Monitor 16.2.23.3269 x64 PRTG was working fine under Windows 7 but intermittent probe since upgrading to Windows 10. States that the Trial license expires in 17 Days however this is after re-installing PRTG. The Licensed Edition = PRTG Network Monitor Freeware (Trial Expired, 100 Days)

Present state is: Probe Disconnected (Probe Health Down) and cannot start. When I run the PRTG Administration Tool I cannot change any settings and cannot access any of the tabs.

Cannot find relevant info in the knowledge base

Thanks & Regards

Hello,

Thank you very much for your kb-post and your interest in our PRTG Network Monitor. Were there any changes in the system date on the new Windows 10 machine? Can you restart the Probe Service using the Windows Service Management Console (services.msc)?

Please forward us a Support Bundle including the system log files for analysis.

This can be done via the "Contact Support" ribbon in the lower right corner of the web interface.

Please enter a reference to this kb-thread when submitting the Bundle.

best regards.
