Dear Mr. Eidelman
For further analysis, please contact support@paessler.com
Please include an error description. Please also include an SNMP walk of your Netapp. Please use our SNMP Tester, enter the address and community string and use the "WalK" button to perform a walk over 1.3.6.1.4.1.789.1
The output will appear in the logs window. Please save it as file and send it as file attachment with your email.

As we're frequently seeing NetApp systems which no longer provide the required data for our SNMP Sensors, we've created a few SOAP-based sensors which can be used in this case instead:
6.8.75 NetApp cDOT Aggregate (SOAP) Sensor
6.8.76 NetApp cDOT I/O (SOAP) Sensor
6.8.77 NetApp cDOT Physical Disk (SOAP) Sensor
6.8.78 NetApp cDOT System Health (SOAP) Sensor

Hello,
The new NetApp cDOT sensors have been introduced/fixed in PRTG Network Monitor version 16.1.22. They might have been available shortly before that version but if you deployed them in an earlier version we recommend re-deploying them for best results.

Dear Mr. Eidelman
Please specify in which sense those sensors don't work. Do they show an error message?
