Hi ,

I was Installed PRTG tool on my windows 2012 machine ,and added my ASA firewall to PRTG.When Adding snmp traffic sensor it says "sensor does not get response from device.snmp credentials are wrong or device does not support the required uptime OID(1.3.6.12.1.1.3.0)." But there is no errors in snmp credentials,SNMP service is also running on the windows 2012 machine. What is the exact problem regarding this??

Hi there,

You will need to setup SNMP on the ASA device so that the information can be queried by PRTG. It will require a read only community, you can follow the Documentation of Cisco for the configuration.
