We are user PRTG to monitor our network and servers, but we just implemented a narrowcasting environment, to out company, is there a way or a sensor, that we can use to monitor the update of our screens??

It might be possible to monitor certain parameters of the hardware that boradcasts those narrowcasts, but I don't think you can retrieve useful information about the screens themselves like if someone switched the channel by accident if the cast is not being shown, because screens don't provide such data, at least not that I am aware of.
