Hello,
Kindly note that we recommend up to 2000 sensors when PRTG is installed on a virtual machine, and officially we don't support installations with more than 5000 sensors on a VM, because we cannot guarantee stability of the system and optimal performances. For that reason, we strongly recommend you to consider moving PRTG to a physical machine.
Please have a look at system requirements for PRTG: https://www.paessler.com/prtg/requirements
