Data has been captured and monitored till 20th Feb , but not it has stopped working. Cisco Switch is sending data to PRTG but prtg is not showing the data. Top talker and top connection is not showing in netflow sensor while other things are showing like www traffic etc.

In order to find out if proper and compatible Netflow packets are arriving at the PRTG host, please use our Netflow Tester. Please forward a screenshot or the logs from the Netflow Tester to us via email with a reference to this KB-Post. Thank you!

Data is forwarded recieved by netflow sensor till 20th feb , since the sensor is showing data only till 20th feb. Even now data are recieved by the sensor as we can see www , http , etc traffic on the sensor but the top connection or top talker list is not getting update , it showing top talker only till 20th feb , nothing has been changed on or after 20th feb.
