I need to be able to monitor Windows PC's which are not directly accessible, but through VPN Port 5900 within another local Subnet (192.168.1.xx). Can this be done with an agent, probe? thanks, Clem

Yes, you can monitor additional locations (for instance behind a firewall or NAT) via Remote Probes, please check the diagram below:

Let's say that this environment you want to monitor is the "Branch Office" in this diagram. You can deploy a remote probe in that network (which needs to be able to reach your PRTG's Core Server on port 23560). After setting-up the probe you will be able to deploy all sensor types on this remote probe. The Probe will only connect to the core server over port 23560 and all sensor polling will be performed locally, within that network.
