Hello support team!

I just installed current version of PRTG, at first glance all looks fine, but I'm found that I'm unable to create any of .Net-related sensors - its grayed out and unable to be added to device.

My OS are WinServer 2008R2

Data from "Setup \ PRTG Status \ Probes" shows: .NET Framework Support: .NET 4 Framework is installed (Installed: v2.0.50727 (2.0.50727.5420), v3.0 (3.0.30729.5420), v3.5 (3.5.30729.5420), v4\Client (4.5.51209), v4\Full (4.5.51209), v4.0\Client (4.0.0.0))

Many re-installations of .Net 4.5 could not help, and server reboots also could not help.

Right now, I'm unable to create any of SSH or SOAP sensors.

Could you please help me with that problem?

Hello Denis,

May I please ask you to first make sure that you entered valid credentials of the target devices under the device settings?
