Hi!

I integrated PRTG Network Monitor with our domain and logged in couple users through AD. Now I want to make these AD users as members of non-AD PRTG groups, but such options are dimmed. Is it by design behavior for AD group or I probably set AD group not correctly?

Correct, PRTG groups and AD groups are not meant to be mixed. You have to work with either one.

Thanks for reply. In this case I will use PRTG Groups as they seems to be easier to manage. For future please add such possibility to add users from AD to PRTG Groups.

Hi Kirill,

We receive the request sometimes, but it's not very easy to implement. I'm afraid that it won't find it's way into PRTG :(
