Somehat new to using PRTG as a true enterprise grade tool. Just testing now.

To start with, a goofy question, Can PRTG now only just tell me of the Office 365 login web page is up, but can I give it credentials and can it tell me what services are running from O365? Can it get any other data?

Article Comments

PRTG only supports simple Apache and NTLM logins. Signing into custom login forms is not working as of right now. You might have a look at this technet article, it describes how to login to Office 365 using PowerShell. You could then use the EXE/Script Advanced sensor to make use of that.

Note We can't provide any additional support for custom scripting since we don't have the resources for that :(

Any solution to monitor office365 services? At least just the availability of exchange services.

For email services, you could use the IMAP or POP3 roundtrip sensors to monitor if they are working.
