Hi,
I trying to install SNMP custom sensor to poll one of the switch's interface status.
However, I keep getting message like "No response (check firewall, routing and snmp setting - error # 2003)".
I tried using Paessler SNMP Tester, and there was no issue getting the value I want via its OID value.
The manual in setting up SNMP custom sensor was not that straightforward as compared to the SNMP Tester.
Please assist.
Thanks,
Carol

Hi Carol,
do you get this error permanently? If so, check the device's settings in PRTG regarding "SNMP Credentials". Does the SNMP version match the one used in SNMP-Tester?
Kind regards,
Erhard
