Hi there,
There are many reasons why WMI connections are not working with an Access Denied error. We can give you some configuration tips which helped other customers:
If the Probe is running on Windows 7 or Windows Server 2008 R2 you can also follow This Article and execute the VBS script to determine the cause. You need to start the CMD as an Administrator and you might need to execute the command "cscript.exeH:Cscript" if it's prompted by the script.
