We want to be able to notify groups of people based on the time of day, is it possible to configure emails to be sent to different people based on the time of day.

Yes, this is possible. Here's what you need to do:

  • Create User Groups for each different group you need and assign the according users to it.
  • Create Schedules for the different time-frames you need.
  • Now you are you able to setup different Notifications, setting the desired Schedule and desired User Group to receive them.
