I Have problem when i Execute Notification to Send SMS via EXE

There is Error log from PRTG System

Error sending "EXE": Access violation at address 000000000040CEE5 in module 'PRTG Server.exe'. Read of address FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF

How can i fix this problem

PS. This EXE program is OK on other PRTG system,but have problem only this machine.

Hi there,

Which version of PRTG are you using? Please do also try to disable anti virus software on this particular Probe.

I used version 15.3.18.3616+

and i have no antivirus software

Did you already try to execute the Batch Notification within another security context by entering administrative credentials in the settings of the notification?
